    With panels, workshops, masterclasses, concerts and club nights, Zurich Music Week (ZMW) combines discourse and music – and allows artists, producers, organisers and music enthusiasts from all over Europe to network. The centre of the action is at Kraftwerk, Zurich, a former power station with a sunny terrace, bar and spacious event hall.

    Label Suisse Festival

    The festival opens its doors every two years and is free of charge for the public, as the costs for the music are covered by the sponsors. Around 70 concerts on 10 stages: The programme presents the musical diversity of Switzerland and ranges from classical music to new folk music, hip-hop, pop, rock, electronic, jazz and experimental music to contemporary music. The colourful fireworks of the most diverse genres transform Lausanne into the epicentre of Swiss music during the festival days.

    Golden Violin Key (Goldener Violinschlüssel)

    The Golden Violin Key is considered the highest award in the field of folk music in Switzerland. It is an award for individuals who have made outstanding contributions to Swiss folk music, such as Ländler and brass band music, as well as choral singing and yodelling.
    Fredy Reichmuth will receive the Golden Violin Key in 2026.
